On September 6th and 7th, #LICODEP organization held an engaging two-day training session aimed at empowering facilitators with improved skills for effectively training parents in Early Childhood Development (#ECD) across three village units. The extensive training program was designed to provide facilitators with methods to enhance child behavior management, build cooperative relationships with teachers, and sharpen communication skills to favorably influence children’s academic growth.
The training also highlighted the crucial role of parental engagement in their children’s education within the framework of the new Competency-Based Curriculum (#CBC).
The interactive two-day training enabled facilitators to tackle questions and challenges anticipated during the coming engagement with parents.
